Where are my tickets?
Sign in to the account you used to buy them and open My Tickets. Check your inbox and junk folder for your confirmation email too.
My payment went through but I cannot see my tickets.
Email us with the event name, purchase email and approximate payment time so we can check your order.
Who do I contact about the event?
Check the event page for venue details, times and entry conditions. For questions about your booking, contact support above and include the event name.
