Account details — your name, email, and verified Australian mobile number.
Purchase details — the events and tickets you buy, and order history.
Payment details — handled by Stripe; we don't store your full card number.
Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the site, to keep it working and improve it.

2. Why we use it

To run your account, process ticket purchases, issue and validate tickets, prevent scalping and fraud, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send you event reminders or marketing.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments and pay out organisers.
Event organisers, who receive the information needed to admit you to their event (such as your name on the ticket).
Service providers that help us run the platform, like email delivery — bound to protect your data.
Authorities, where we're required by law.

We don’t sell your personal information.

4. Your choices

You can update your details and notification preferences in your account, opt out of marketing at any time, and ask us to access or correct your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

5. Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
